They are made with rice flour, which gives them their chewy texture, and this also means that they are gluten-free. Whenever I see a special on berries, you know I’m buying them and likely getting way more than you can easily eat before they go funky. I end up making a berry crisp often to use up the berries that are past their prime firmness, but still perfectly tasty.

This is such an easy way to use up berries, and it can be made with frozen berries too. It comes out so bright, sweet, and chewy- a perfect dessert for spring or summer!
