Creamy Mango Lassi

Imagine this refreshing, creamy mango lassi on a hot summer’s day. It is bright, fruity, and so quick to make. It is a perfect pair with any Indian-themed dinner party and a lovely cooler for a hot day outside.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango (or about 1.5 cups frozen mango)

  • ½ cup plain whole milk yogurt

  • ½ cup whole milk

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • Pinch of ground cardamom

  • ½ cup ice


Method:

  1. Add all of the ingredients above to a blender. I love using the Ninja Detect Blender for drinks like this because it blends everything really well, so there are no chunks.

  2. Pour into a large glass and decorate with some pistachios. Enjoy!
