Almond Butter Stuffed Dates

Such a simple thing to make but is a delicious, healthy snack or dessert when you’re looking for something that tastes like nutty caramel.


Ingredients:

  • 10 Medjool dates

  • 10 teaspoons almond butter

  • optional: cocoa nibs, flaky sea salt, coconut shavings, or cinnamon


Method:

  1. Cut the dates lengthwise and remove the pit.

  2. Stuff the date with 1 teaspoon of almond butter each.

  3. You can choose if you’d like to sprinkle on some toppings such as cocoa nibs, flaky sea salt, coconut shavings, or cinnamon. Enjoy!
