Almond Butter Stuffed Dates
Such a simple thing to make but is a delicious, healthy snack or dessert when you’re looking for something that tastes like nutty caramel.
Ingredients:
10 Medjool dates
10 teaspoons almond butter
optional: cocoa nibs, flaky sea salt, coconut shavings, or cinnamon
Method:
Cut the dates lengthwise and remove the pit.
Stuff the date with 1 teaspoon of almond butter each.
You can choose if you’d like to sprinkle on some toppings such as cocoa nibs, flaky sea salt, coconut shavings, or cinnamon. Enjoy!
