You may already know exactly what goals you want to work on, or maybe you are unsure of exact goals but just know that you don’t want to be in your current health situation and want it to change. Either is perfectly fine!
We can discover your goals together if you are unsure about what they are just yet.

A single coaching session is often not beneficial because meaningful growth and change require time, reflection, and consistent follow-through.
It is best advised to have weekly or bi-montly sessions with a minimum of 4 sessions in total to allow some time for progress to be made and reflected on. The longer you stick with the coaching, the more progress you will make.

It is 60$ per 1 hour session. This includes a free consultation session to get to know one another and answer any questions.
