Mango Jasmine Green Tea

If you love jasmine green tea, this is a drink you need to try. It is naturally sweetened with mango and maple syrup, with the puree at the bottom of the glass, so you get bursts of mango when drinking it through a straw. Jasmine is a beautiful, delicate fragrance that elevates this drink to feel so fancy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 cup brewed jasmine green tea (cooled)

  • ice


Method:

  1. If your mango is frozen, add the mango and maple syrup to a small pot and set it to low heat. Cook the mango until soft enough to mash with a fork. You can skip this step if using fresh mango.

  2. Add the soft mango to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour about 3-4 tbsp of the mango puree into a glass and add a handful of ice on top.

  4. Pour the jasmine green tea over the ice and garnish with fresh jasmine flowers (optional).

  5. Use a straw to drink this so you get bursts of mango puree. Enjoy!
