Citrus, Carrot & Cucumber Juice
Boost your immune system with this delicious citrus, carrot, and cucumber juice. It is refreshing and hydrating.
Ingredients
5 large carrots
2 apples
1 English cucumber
2 sprigs mint
2 lemons
4 oranges
Method
For this recipe, I used a slow juicer, but you can just as easily use a blender by adding all of the ingredients to the blender with a liter of water, then straining with a nut milk bag.
Wash all of the veggies to remove any dirt and wax.
Cut the carrots, apples, and cucumber into large chunks and add them to the juicer.
Pick the leaves off the mint stalks and add to the juicer.
Peel the oranges and lemons and juice them.
Stir the juice until fully mixed and enjoy over ice.
